Boston beat the Sixers tonight, so what, who cares. First game of the year we were very rusty, we are missing 4 players that are vital to this team. There was a lot of home cooking tonight with foul calls. Embiid was fouled about 5 times that wasn’t called. Fultz is scared to shoot which worries me, Redick and Covington did not shoot well, Reggie Miller sucked off half the Celtics team, Embiid looked out of sorts, TJ was TJ, Saric looked slow and because of that was in foul trouble, Simmons played well but way to many turnovers against a great team like Boston is going to kill you.

Am i worried? No, not one bit. We got outplayed tonight in front of the hostile Boston faithful. It was a very good game, a few wide open shots go our way and this game is completely different, Aaron Baynes doesn’t hit 89 threes directly in my face for the 1 billionth time, Redick doesn’t shoot like Stevie Wonder, Fultz……

Tonight is a game to build off of. Boston is clearly more talented than the Sixers, but you know what, we are right there with them. We completely looked out of sorts from tip. Way too many turnovers in the first half killed us, we made some runs that were stopped by stupid lazy passes that should have never happened. Fultz not playing much in the second half opened up Redick to start knocking down some jumpers, not sure how that rotation is going to go this year, but honestly, Redick needs to play with the starters more than Fultz needs to. Markelle looked scared to shoot, i was yelling at my TV screen a few times tonight yelling “SHOOT THE FUCKING BALL”. I want Markelle to shoot, i need Markelle to shoot, THE TEAM needs Markelle to shoot, i don’t know what it is, he wont, and that worries me. All in all, this game sucked, we didn’t play well, we deserved to lose, on to the next one.

Reggie Miller, you are fucking terrible. You blew a load in your pants after Jaylen Brown dunked all over Embiid, but the thing is, Brown didn’t even dunk on Embiid, he was blocked cleanly and the ball just so happened to bank off the backboard and into the basket, and you made it seem like Vince Carter just dunked over a 7 footer in the Olympics. Reggie was cringe-worthy a few times tonight, he might go back to his hotel tonight, shut the lights off, get the hand cream out and go to town on himself watching Celtics lightlights…….
